Presentation of proposa 1 for development of <br />property of E.W. Nagel, Main to Walnut Streets-- <br />Centre Redevelopment Sub-Area by Morton Frank, <br />A.I.A. (1401-03) <br /> <br />Report: Community Development Director 9/5/86 <br />Community Development Director presented the subject report. <br /> <br />Morton Frank, architect, 491 Seaport Court, presented sketches of elevations <br />of the proposed senior congregate residence.
