Mr. Smith <br />indicated that the request involved Housing and Community Development Block <br />Grant funds. Since that budget had already been reviewed and submitted, it <br />would not be appropriate to consider the Kainos request at this time. <br />Mr. Smith suggested that Kainos develop a proposal and submit it to the <br />Housing and Human Concerns Committee. An amendment to the Housing and <br />Community Development Block Grant budget could be made upon review and <br />recommendation by the Housing and Human Concerns Committee and approval by <br />the City Council. <br />Bob Pierce, a representative of Kainos, indicated that Kainos would follow <br />the procedure outlined by Mr. Smith. <br />Vice Mayor Mosher arrived at 4:20 p.m. and assumed the chair. <br />Leisure, Cultural and Information Services <br />Assistant to City Manager Finigan corrected the 1985 -86 figures for <br />Information Services - Library to read: $1,076,445, Employee Costs, <br />$1,593,007 Total Cost and 42.9 Employee Years. <br />The Public Services Sub - Program should also be adjusted to read for <br />1985 -86: $668,955 Employee costs, $875,796 Total Cost and 30.3 Employee <br />Years. <br />Budget.
