He noted that the <br />Planning Commission will hold its first public hearing on the new waterfront <br />plan on July 2. <br /> <br />Richard Gardella, 541 Jefferson, attorney representing the property owners <br />(Lyngso) on Blomquist, indicated their opposition to approval of any <br />residential development for the area; that the matter should be dropped <br />without any continuations or approvals until after the specific plan <br />hearings, just begun, have been carried through; that the plan as proposed <br />has no residential development for the area. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith pointed out that the action proposed at this meeting has <br />no bearing on what the Planning Commission will be considering at its meeting <br />tomorrow. <br /> <br />Red ev .
