It was explained that the City <br />Manager is Manager of the Redevelopment Agency and questions regarding <br />policies might be addressed to him. <br /> <br />Bob Mortenson, 1548 Maple Street, said he would reserve his questions for <br />an appropriate time an9 withdrew his request to speak. <br /> <br />Al Latty, Docktown Marina, asked that the proposed EIR take into <br />consideration the persons living and working in the Marina Redevelopment <br />Area environment. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith outlined the exhaustive procedures related to the <br />preparation and adoption 'of an EIR, noting that hearings will be held and <br />responses allowed during the process.
