Mr. Sampson mentioned examples of <br />projects with which his company has been involved and redevelopment projects <br />with which they have been associated in California cities. <br /> <br />Ed Gee, Edward Gee & Associates, architects, San Francisco, distributed <br />brochures describing the proposed Gateway Project with examples of <br />d~velopment depicted. <br /> <br />Mr. Sampson and Mr. Gee made a slide presentation of the proposed Gateway <br />Project and replied to questions concerning it, noting that no specifics are <br />presently available. <br /> <br />Mr. Sampson requested his firm be granted an exclusive right to negotiate for <br />one year, or for six months with an extension allowed, if development plans <br />are proceeding according to schedule. <br /> <br />Redev.
