Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Service to <br />Patricia E. Richter, retiring from the Parks and <br />Recreation Department after 15 years and to Wilma <br />Bradford, retiring from general assignments after 15 <br />years. (301 -11) - <br />Mayor Britschgi presented a Plaque to Wilma Bradford, thanked her for her <br />service to the City and wished her many happy years of retirement. <br />2. Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Service for <br />service related to Heron Court Cooperative to Dennis <br />Durkin, Darryl Foreman, Kathleen S. Mahany, George <br />Hayes, Mary McMillan, Thomas Merle, Steve Phirippidis <br />and Victor Wandmayer.
