Directors present: Bury, Chandler, Claire, Rhodes, Stangel and Chairman Britschgi Directors absent: Vice Chairman tvbsher Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Tasseff, Hildebrand and Addiego, Patterson APPROVAL OF MINUTES M/S: Stangel/Chandler to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. Carried unanimously by voice vote. ' -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL Centre Redevelopment Project Area (1400 Centre) 1. Consultant Selection Committee Report and Recommendation Committee Report 9/21/84 Housing Coordinator Church presented the subject report. In response to quest ion, Mr. Church said that the Agency can dec ide how it wishes to go about obtaining community interest and comment. C.E. Pappas Committee member, said he enjoyed participating in the Committee assignment, but does not believe it is realistic to count on residents to comment and cooperate actively. Mr. Pappas said it is important to keep residents informed and invite comment, but interest cannot be forced.
