MINUTES CITY COUNCIL Board of Supervisors Chambers 401 Marshall Street immediately following meeting of the Board of Equalization February 7, 1983 Regular Meeting, CALL TO ORDER - 7:40 p.m., Mayor Stangel presiding. Councilmen present: Britschgi, Mosher, Rhodes and Mayor Stangel Councilmen absent: Biagi, Bury, Claire Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Tasseff, Hildebrand and Addiego, Schroeter, Mott, Guardino APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Group Interview Session, City Council Meeting and Redevelopment Agency - January 24, 1983 M /S: Mosher /Britschgi to approve the subject minutes as submitted. Carried unanimously by voice vote. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Presentation of Plaque for Distinguished Service to C. J. Lucot, former member of the Housing and Human Concerns Committee (301 -05) Mayor Stangel presented the Plaque for Distinguished Service to C. J. Lucot and thanked him for his dedicated service on the Housing and Human Concerns Committee. 2. Presentation of Resolution of Retirement to Mildred Franco, Police Department, after 41 years of service (301 -11) RESOLUTION NO. 9296 COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING MILDRED FRANCO ON THE OCCASION OF HER RETIREMENT Mayor Stangel read Resolution No. 9296 honoring Mildred Franco which was adopted unanimously by voice vote. Mayor Stangel asked Police Chief Guardino to present the framed parchment copy of the resolution to Mrs. Franco who was unable to be present. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS 3.
