(DPR) for providing Construction Manager/General <br />Contractor (CM/GC) services relating to the Historical <br />Courthouse Reconstruction <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 F (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 14, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Ira did not participate in discussion of this item due to a potential conflict <br />of interest. <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS HartnetUFoust Approve and authorize execution of an agreement with DPR <br />Construction, Inc. of Redwood City, California, for: 1) providing CMIGC services <br />for the Historical Courthouse Reconstruction, and 2) establishing the Final <br />Agreed Price of $4,955,057.00. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote by all those present. <br /> <br />'-Q~ ..
