MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />City Hall <br />October 17, 1983 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The Council of the City of Redwood City met on this date at 6:00 p.m. in an <br />executive session with Mayor Stangel presiding. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Councilmen present: Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, and <br />Mayor Stangel <br />Councilmen absent: Rhodes <br />Officials and staff present: City Manager Smith, City Attorney Schricker, <br />Director of Human Resources Irizarry, Police Chief Guardino, Assistant City <br />Manager Margolis, and Carol Stevens and Karen Reinhold of Whitmore & Kay <br />Mayor Stangel reminded council that the meeting is for the sole purpose of <br />discussing labor negotiations. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Council adjourned at 7:20 p.m. to the regular Council meeting in the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, following which they reconvened in executive session in the <br />City Manager's office at 8:40 p.m. <br />On motion made, seconded and carried the Council adjourned at 10:30. <br />FRANCES I.
