<br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSUL TING SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ìs~ day of <br /> ~~ <br /> '<-- ~\'-l , 1999, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> I OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and <br /> politic, and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Consultant"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Agency requires professional consulting services for <br /> development projects in the redevelopment area of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> "Projects"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br /> experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. CONSUL TANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of those <br /> services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSA TION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT. Agency shall <br /> compensate Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an <br /> amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time <br /> of the performance of said services.
