RD 82-02 AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICERS AND <br />EMPLOYEES TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. RD 82-03 OF THE COUNCIL. Of. . <br />REDWOOD CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING LOAN OF CITY FUNDS <br />TO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />. "",-"".. <br /> <br />In response to question, City Attorney Schricker advised that <br />there is no need to designate City officers and employees <br />specifically except where they are to be authorized to sign <br />warrants and execute agreements. <br /> <br />The resolutions were adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />MIS: ChandlerlBury to adjourn to Executive Session for the <br />purpose of considering City litigation matters and to reconvene <br />solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />Council adjourned to executive session at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Redevelopment <br />Agency adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />JACQUELINE C.
