Bury <br />Ge<ald R Chand Ie, <br />Marguerite Leipzig <br /> <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CHAMBERS <br />401 MARSHALL STREET <br /> <br />B,/I Rhode. <br /> <br />March 1, 1982 <br /> <br />Board of Equalization <br /> <br />The Council of the City of Redwood City met on this date at <br />8:20 p.m. as the Board of Equalization of General Improvement District <br />No. 1-64 with Vice Chairman Stangel presiding. <br /> <br />Directors present: Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Rhodes and Vice <br />Chairman Stangel <br />Directors absent: Leipzig and Chairman Biagi <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Ference, <br />Hildebrand and Addiego, Bold, O'Brien <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />MIS: ChandlerlRhodes to approve the Minutes of the Board of Equalization <br />meeting of February 1, 1982 as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Director Britschgi abstaining. <br /> <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Appeal of Jamil Ibrahim Saad, 523 Lanyard Drive, Parcel No. <br />95-071-060 <br /> <br />Report of Director of Finance Ference 3/1/82 <br />Report of American Appraisal Associates, Inc. 2/11/82 <br /> <br />Director of Finance Ference called attention to the subject report of <br />the appraiser, observing that sales prices of properties similar to <br />that of Mr. Saad and the fact that his property is in good condition <br />suggest that the appraised value is comparable and that no assessment <br />adjustment should be granted. <br /> <br />MIS: ChandlerlBritschgi that no adjustment in the assessment of the <br />property of Jamil Ibrahim Saad, 523 Lanyard Drive, Parcel No. <br />95-071-060, be made for the 1981-82 assessment year. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 82-28 <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Findings and Conclusions - Application for Assessment Adjustment - <br />Harold W. Sorensen, Parcel No. 111-150-170. <br /> <br />City Attorney Schricker reported that the subject findings and <br />conclusions were prepared at the request of Mr. Sorensen in <br />accordance with assessment appeal procedures and if approved, should <br />be transmitted to Mr. Sorenson. <br /> <br />MIS: BritschgilBury to approve the Findings and Conclusions on the <br />Application for Assessment Adjustment of Harold W.
