Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished <br />Service to Sena tor Marz Garcia and . <br />Assemblyman Robert Naylor in recognition of <br />their records in the State Legislature on <br />behalf of cities (Scheduled to take place <br />between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m.) <br /> <br />Mayor Biagi presented Plaques for <br />Distinguished Service to Assemblyman Naylor <br />and to Elaine Henning, Field Representative <br />for Senator Garcia. Mayor Biagi thanked the <br />City's Members of the State Legislature for <br />their voting record on behalf of cities and <br />for their responsiveness to City inquiries <br />and requests. <br /> <br />Assemblyman Naylor thanked the Council for <br />the Plaque, stating it is a pleasure to work <br />with the well-informed Legislative Committee, <br />City Council and management staff of the <br />City. <br /> <br />Ms. Henning thanked Council on behalf of <br />Sena tor Garcia. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />2.
