<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:djk 05/17/93 (079/34) <br />5/25/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11988 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 93-7 (UPLAND HIGHLANDS), REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11477 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain final map <br /> <br />(including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein) <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Parcel <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />93-7 <br /> <br />(Upland <br /> <br />Highlands) <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Cannis <br /> <br />Consulting Engineers, consultant for L. Jean Stanley, Marion E. <br /> <br />Fuller, <br /> <br />and Ric' s Sheet Metal, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />owners of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Improvements <br /> <br />Parcel <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />93-7 <br /> <br />(Upland <br /> <br />Highlands)" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />05/17/93) <br /> <br />wherein <br /> <br />Owners, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration of the approval of said map by City, <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />
