<br />oRIGIl'~AL <br /> <br />DES:d';l( 03/26/93 <br />4/1Z/93 <br /> <br />(056/34) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11959 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR REDWOOD SHORES PUMP STATION NO. 10 <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for Redwood <br /> <br />Shores Pump Station No. <br /> <br />10 Replacement Project, <br /> <br />Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />been <br /> <br />presented <br /> <br />to, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />reviewed <br /> <br />by, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Pump <br /> <br />Station <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />Replacement <br /> <br />- City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", <br /> <br />prepared by <br /> <br />Nolte and Associates, a copy of which documents are on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />... ---"""'.-"-- ,-,--,-,----.."---_.---,~--_.,,.._".--..,-,.,.--. <br />
