<br /> DES:dmp "-7/30/93 (009/35) <br />0 R D I NAN C E 8/16/93 <br /> <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12045 <br />------ - - -- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING METER ZONES AND <br />CORRESPONDING RATES AND TIME SCHEDULES FOR PUBLICLY <br />CONTROLLED OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES; AND <br />RESCINDING ANY AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PROVISIONS <br />THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />owns, <br /> <br />operates <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />maintains those certain off-street parking facilities hereinafter <br /> <br />referenced; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.117(b) of <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City and Section 35560 of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, authority <br /> <br />is vested in this Council to establish and, <br /> <br />from time to time, <br /> <br />revise <br /> <br />charges <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />use <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />facilities, <br /> <br />including <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />establishment <br /> <br />and revision of parking meter <br /> <br />zones, <br /> <br />rates <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />related regulations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />parking <br /> <br />meter <br /> <br />zones <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />publicly <br /> <br />controlled off-street parking facilities in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City are hereby established: <br /> <br />ZONE <br /> <br />RATE <br /> <br />MAXIMUM PARKING <br />PERIOD <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE <br />DAYS <br /> <br />Main Street <br />Parking Lot <br />Meters Numbered <br />M 1 through M 20 <br />M 49 through M 100 <br />M 126 through M 136 <br />M 175 through M 185 <br />M 228 through M 241 <br /> <br />7 1/2<:: for <br />each <br />hour <br /> <br />Ten <br />Hours <br /> <br />Every day except <br />Saturdays, Sundays <br />and holidays. <br />
