<br />DES:djk <br /> <br />7/20/93 <br /> <br />(102/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />8/16/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI Ò N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12044 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING TO REVENUE <br />ENHANCEMENT AUDITS <br /> <br />(MUNICIPAL RESOURCE CONSULTANTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires revenue recovery <br /> <br />audi t services to detect and correct omissions and errors from <br /> <br />various tax revenue sources; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Municipal <br /> <br />Resource <br /> <br />Consultants, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Westlake <br /> <br />Village, California, represents that it possesses the experience, <br /> <br />and is qualified to perform the aforesaid audit services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an agreement has been presented to, <br /> <br />and reviewed <br /> <br />by, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />audit <br /> <br />enhancement <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Revenue <br /> <br />Enhancement Audits" <br /> <br />( form dated 07 / 2 0 / 93) , <br /> <br />by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Municipal <br /> <br />Resource <br /> <br />Consultants, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />services, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />....".-....-.........- -.-...,....."" ,.......--,...-......--..--.......----",-. <br />
