<br />FXS:dft <br /> <br />7'27/93 (007f/35) <br /> <br />0 R DIN AN C E <br /> <br />8/16/93 <br /> <br />---------- -- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12035 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT, INC. <br /> <br />(SHARED HOUSING PROGRAM) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Human <br /> <br />Investment <br /> <br />Project, <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />("Contractor") <br /> <br />conducts a shared homes program for residents of the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Program"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in <br /> <br />order to conduct the Program during the fiscal year commencing <br /> <br />July 1, 1993, and ending June 30, 1994; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request <br /> <br />and desires to allocate to Contractor, the sum of Twenty-Seven <br /> <br />Thousand Four Hundred Forty Five and No/100 Dollars ($27,445.00) <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Development <br /> <br />Block <br /> <br />Grant <br /> <br />funds <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />foregoing purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been <br /> <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Human Investment Project, <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />(Shared Housing Program)", <br /> <br />(form dated 7/27/93), by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and Human Investment Proj ect, <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />a u.._--...._...._._--_._......__._~......... <br />
