<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br /> DES:djk fJ7/23/93 (092/28) <br /> 8/16/93 <br />N O. 12033 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />YEAR 1993-94 <br /> <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FOR PRIME COMPUTER FOR FISCAL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Master Service Agreement" <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California and Computervision Corporation, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement, marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />Prime 6450 computer maintenance services for fiscal year 1993-94, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager <br /> <br />and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />and/or <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />appropriate <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />effectuate <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />purpose <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />(in <br /> <br />form <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Attorney) . <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
