DAS:sh ~4/17/87 (~33) <br /> <br /> APR 0 <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> HERKNER POOL REPAIRS <br /> <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, hereinafter referred <br />to as "City," and EDD FLOWERS CORPORATION, hereinafter referred <br />to as "Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br />performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, <br />and tools to install within fifteen (15) working days beginning <br />one (1) calendar day after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the following <br />work: <br /> <br /> HERKNER POOL REPAIRS <br /> <br />in strict accordance with the plans, contract documents and <br />specifications prepared by the City Engineer of Redwood City, <br />which plans and contract documents and specifications are <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement as if <br />herein fully set forth. <br /> <br /> 2. The City shall pay Contractor, as full consideration for <br />the faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned <br />work, the sum of Twenty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 <br />Dollars ($27,400.00), computed in accordance with Contractor's <br />accepted proposal dated April 13, 1987 and in the manner set <br />forth in Section 6 entitled "Measurement and Payment" of the <br />City's General Provisions, which provisions and accepted proposal <br />are incorporated herein by reference thereto as if herein fully <br />set forth. <br /> <br /> <br />
