<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br />CITY-WIDE TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEE STUDY (PHASE II) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ day of <br /> <br /> <br />/:~>-) \1 ' 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and FEHR & PEERS <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES, INC., of Lafayette, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City proposes to conduct Phase II of a City-wide traffic <br /> <br />mitigation fee study in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />transportation planning and engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall conduct Phase II of <br /> <br />the City-wide traffic mitigation fee study and perform related services described <br /> <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
