<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES - <br />HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this \ ~~"'- day of <br /> <br />~'1 <br /> <br />, 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />("City"), <br /> <br />and ICF <br /> <br />INCORPORATED, of San Rafael, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires technical assistance with the structure and <br /> <br />operation of its Housing Rehabilitation Program (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Consultant represents that it possesses the <br /> <br />experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. <br /> <br />Consultant shall prepare a report <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />detailing a proposed strategy for marketing the Project and perform related <br /> <br />services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
