<br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />"'~J::I <br />j;j¡¡¡J'J~ <br />'1}f!IiUt ,,','11,' <br />1/ i!: <br /> <br />[LYNX TECHNOLOGIES] <br /> <br />THIS <br /> <br />AGREEMENT, <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />:Lo~ day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, 2003, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and LYNX <br /> <br />TECHNOLOGIES ("Consultant"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City proposes to convert the sewer and storm infrastructure <br /> <br />information from utility record drawings to Geographic Information System (GIS) in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform engineering services <br /> <br />relating to the sewer and storm infrastructure GIS, and related services described in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br /> <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in an amount based <br /> <br />upon Consultant's hourly rates that are prevailing during the time of the performance of <br /> <br />said services.
