<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br />FINAL DESIGN OF CORDILLERAS CREEK BANK EROSION <br />REPAIR PROJECT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this \~ day of <br /> <br />~'-'1 <br /> <br />, 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and ANDREW J. <br /> <br />LEAHY, P.E., Civil Engineering and Planning of San Francisco, California <br /> <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the completion of the final design for the stream <br /> <br />bank erosion repair along Cordilleras Creek near Industrial Way in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
