<br />-. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES <br /> <br />'""'-~ <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this:) - day of <br /> <br />\~\"~f <br /> <br />, 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and SUSAN B. <br /> <br />MERRILL, CPA, of Visalia, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires professional accounting services for City's <br /> <br />Financial Management Services Division (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that she is qualified and experienced <br /> <br />to furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter <br /> <br />set forth; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform accounting <br /> <br />services more particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
