ORIGINAL AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this ?f) day of April, 2000 between the PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION hereinafter called "Association", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter call "City"; WITNESSETH: IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants, agreements and conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: 1. Association agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the following services to City, commencing on April16, 2000, and terminating on August 13,2000: (a) The training, selection and scheduling of umpires for all softball games in the following leagues (figures in parentheses represent number of games): 1. C-1 2. C-3 3. Co-Ed 4. C-2 5. WC-2 6. C-S 7. C-6 8. WC-1 9. C-4 (42) / (3 playoffs) (36) / (3 playoffs) (42) / (3 playoffs) (30) / (3 playoffs) (42) / (3 playoffs) (42) / (3 playoffs) (42) / (3 playoffs) (42) / (3 playoffs) (30) / (3 playoffs) 10. D-5 (42) / (3 playoffs) 11 C- 7 (36) / (3 playoffs) 12. D-4 (42) / (3 playoffs) 13. D-1 (56) / (3 playoffs) 14. D-2 (56) / (3 playoffs) 15. Make Up (12) TOTAL: 592 League Games + 42 playoff games (b) The supervision of necessary personnel to officiate at the above mentioned softball games, and services related and incidental thereto, including such additional services as may be prescribed by the City Manager. 2.
