<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />(STULSAFT PARK) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ;l'!1i day of <br />¡J/íA¿ ,1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and SUBSURFACE <br /> <br />CONSULTANTS, INC., Geotechnical & Environmental Engineers of Lafayette, <br /> <br />California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires professional environmental consulting services <br /> <br />relating to mineral concentrations in Stulsaft Park in the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />(the "Projecf'); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all those <br /> <br />services described in that certain document entitled "Proposal - Environmental <br /> <br />Consulting Services, Stulsaft Park, Redwood City, Califomia", dated February <br /> <br /> <br />5,1999, prepared by Consultant and incorporated herein by reference.
