06/10/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 4 4 7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATING TO PARKING <br />CITATION PROCESSING AND ADJUDICATION <br />(TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC.) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement dated July 1, 1999, entitled, "Agreement for <br />Professional Services — Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication," by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, and Turbo Data Systems, Inc., a California corporation, for <br />professional services relating to parking citation processing and adjudication, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby amended and <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1306 <br />052402 <br />
