DES:djk 06/11/93 (091/34) ORIGINAL 7/26/93 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN LANDS IN THE VICINITY OF REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY (LIDO DRIVE) FROM "URBAN RESERVE" TO "LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL", MEDIUH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL", "GENERAL COMMERCIAL", AND "PARK" ---------- RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12022 WHEREAS, a proposed amendment to the Redwood City General Plan has been presented to this Council to change the designation of certain lands in the vicinity of Redwood Shores Parkway (Lido Drive), as specified in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, from the "Urban Reserve" designation to the "Low Density Residential", "Medium Density Residential", "General Commercial", and "Park" designations; and WHEREAS, said proposed amendment has been duly reviewed by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City and forwarded by said Commission to this Council with a recommendation that said amendment be adopted; and WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and held, desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain proposed amendment to the General Plan of the City of Redwood City revising the designation of those certain lands shown on Exhibit A hereof from the "Urban Reserve" designation to the "Low Density Residential", "Medium Density Residential", "General Commercial", and "Park" designations is hereby approved as set forth in said Exhibit. * * *
