<br />JAH:dft <br /> <br />7/20/93 (006/35) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />7/26/93 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORI ZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR VEHICULAR PARKING AND STORAGE <br />PURPOSES ON CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />(PARK CHEVROLET - GEO, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Park <br /> <br />Chevrolet <br /> <br />Geo, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />corporation, desires to use and maintain for vehicular parking and <br /> <br />storage <br /> <br />purposes <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />real <br /> <br />property <br /> <br />owned <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council deems it in the best interests of the <br /> <br />City to grant a revocable permit to Park Chevrolet - Geo, Inc. for <br /> <br />such purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and <br /> <br />the City Clerk to attest, respectively, a revocable permit to Park <br /> <br />Chevrolet - Geo, Inc. to use and maintain for vehicular parking <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />storage purposes <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City-owned property described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />permit, which permit has been executed by Park Chevrolet - Geo, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />to show its acceptance of the terms and conditions of the <br /> <br />permit. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That the permit as granted shall be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain permit entitled "Revocable Permit - Auto Parking/Storage" <br /> <br />(form dated 6/15/93), as executed by Park Chevrolet - Geo, Inc., <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />...'....- ----..-...-... .-'.' <br />
