<br />DES:d;l( 06/08/93 <br /> <br />(080/32) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />6/21/93 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 12002 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR STREET <br />OVERLAY PROJECT 1993-1994; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Street Overlay Project <br /> <br />1993-1994, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents for Street Overlay Project 1993-1994 - City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California", <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
