MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 10, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-156 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 11,2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the City, <br /> the Public Service Easement for Maintenance of Storm Drain <br /> Facilities offered by Maria Socorro Gomez and Antonio Gomez. <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Howard, Pierce, Hartnett, Jordan, Vice Mayor <br />Ira, and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Ruskin/Hartnett Motion to direct the City Clerk to accept on behalf of the City, the <br />Public Service Easement for Maintenance of Storm Drain Facilities offered by <br />Maria Socorro Gomez and Antonio Gomez, current land owners, pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 10944, adopted December 5, 1988; and to record a certified copy <br />of the Resolution and Grant Deed, in the office of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
