JAH:dit 10�27/93 (O10/36) <br /> s� <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 11/8/93 <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N 0. 12098 <br /> — — — — <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR <br /> SEQUOIA STATION SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br /> CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS, AND <br /> ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> easements described therein) of Sequoia Station Subdivision in <br /> the City of Redwood City, prepared by Majors Engineering, <br /> consultant for the owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> i <br /> tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> conditions set forth in paragraph 2, of this resolution. <br /> 2. Before the release of said final map by the City of <br /> Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers <br /> (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as <br /> specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of <br /> said subdivision shall file with the City Engineer each and every <br /> deed of easement, revocable permit, reciprocal easement agreement <br /> and title company indemnification agreement heretofore directed <br /> to be prepared by the City Engineer on advice of Majors <br /> Engineering, with each such document executed and, where <br /> required, acknowledged for recordation. <br /> 3. All offers of dedication of public easements shown upon <br /> the herein-described map are hereby accepted. <br /> * * * <br />
