<br />DES:djk 1G/26/93 <br /> <br />(023/26) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />11/1/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />12093 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />(NEC BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (WEST), INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Maintenance <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br />Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />NEC <br /> <br />Business <br /> <br />Communication Systems <br /> <br />(West) , <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement, <br /> <br />marked Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" , <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />attached hereto <br /> <br />and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, providing for telephone maintenance services <br /> <br />for the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and City Clerk <br /> <br />are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />substantially <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />form <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />and/or <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the purpose of said agreement <br /> <br />(in form approved by the City Attorney). <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
