<br />DES:djk 0~/22/93 <br /> <br />(121/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />10/25/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12091 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE SPACE <br /> <br />(702 MARSHALL STREET) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Office <br /> <br />Lease", <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />September 9, <br /> <br />1993, by and between Sheila L. <br /> <br />Ortloff dba J & S <br /> <br />Management <br /> <br />("Lessor" ) <br /> <br />and the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />("Lessee" ) <br /> <br />providing for <br /> <br />use as general office purposes 4,068 square feet of space in that <br /> <br />certain office building located at 702 Marshall Street, Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />term <br /> <br />commencing <br /> <br />November <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />1993 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expiring October 31, 1998, a copy of which lease agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />lease <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'.....,,-"----" --_..,,~".... <br />
