<br />DES:djk 1(\.111/93 <br /> <br />(001/37) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />10/25/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12087 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-4 <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORI ZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br /> <br />91-4 <br /> <br />(570 El Camino Real) <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, being a <br /> <br />resubdivision combining Lot 18 and portions of Lots 15 and 17, <br /> <br />Block 4, as said Lots are shown on that certain Map entitled "Map <br /> <br />of Resubdivision of Dingee Park", <br /> <br />filed in Book 6 of Maps at <br /> <br />pages 25 and 26, San Mateo County Records, prepared by Westfall <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Arton, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />California corporation, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />requirements of the City of Redwood City for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />( "City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owners or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> <br />enter into and execute <br /> <br />that certain proposed <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />91-4" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />10/11/93) <br /> <br />wherein <br /> <br />Owner, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, <br /> <br />shall <br />
