<br />DES:djk ng/17/93 <br /> <br />(119/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />9/27/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12078 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER CONTAMINATED SOIL REMOVAL/ <br />DISPOSAL PROJECT: AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Service Center <br /> <br />Contaminated Soil Removal/Disposal Project, have been presented <br /> <br />to, and reviewed by, this Council: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract Documents <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Municipal <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Contaminated <br /> <br />Soil <br /> <br />Removal/ <br /> <br />Disposal - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", <br /> <br />prepared by the <br /> <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
