0 RIG I N A L DES:djk ~/13/93R (106/34) DES:djk /18/93R DES:djk 08/20/93R 9/13/93 ---------- RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12075 RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE REDWOOD CITY WATER DEPARTMENT (GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT) RELATING TO WATER RATES; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11841 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations for the Redwood City Water Department (General Services Department) , approved December 1947, as amended to date, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "Section 3. ( a) Water Service Areas. For the purpose of this section, the following water service areas are established, and all premises served by the water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood City shall be located in such areas: "(1) Area 1: All premises located within the City of Redwood City and not located within Areas 3,5, or 6 shall be located in Area 1. "(2) Area 2: All premises located outside the City of Redwood City and not located within Areas 4,5, or 6 shall be included in Area 2. 11(3) Area 3: All premises located within Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, a general improvement district duly organized and existing under the Redwood Ci ty General Improvement District Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128, adopted March 9, 1964, as amended), and all territory annexed to said District shall be included in Area 3. 11(4) Area 4: All premises located outside the City of Redwood City and requiring extra pumping service to provide water service thereto shall be included within Area 4. . -"""..__.""-".._-,-"_.,,~.""---"-_."
