MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 10, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-153 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 11, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to approve the contract documents and authorize the <br /> award of contract for the Lighted Crosswalk Warning <br /> System Project <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Howard, Pierce, Hartnett, Jordan, Vice Mayor <br />Ira, and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Ruskin/Hartnett Motion to approve the contract documents and authorize the <br />award of contract for the Lighted Crosswalk Warning System Project (Bay <br />Road/10th Avenue & Florence Street/17th Avenue), to the lowest responsible <br />bidder, Pacific Electric Company, of San Jose, California, for the amount of <br />$73,750.00 (Pacific Electric Company); <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
