<br />DES:djk 03/03/93 <br /> <br />(053/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />3/8/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11947 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENTS - PARCEL MAP 91-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />11665 <br /> <br />adopted January <br /> <br />13, 1992, this Council approved and conditionally accepted Parcel <br /> <br />Map No. <br /> <br />91-3 <br /> <br />(relating to property located at 9 Grand Avenue, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California), and approved and authorized execution <br /> <br />of an agreement for the construction of improvements <br /> <br />for said <br /> <br />subdivision (the "Agreement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />record <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />requested <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />extension <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid improvements and this Council is willing to grant said <br /> <br />extension; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />there <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />been <br /> <br />presented <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />amendment to the agreement providing for said time extension; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Amendment <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Parcel <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />91-3" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />03/03/93), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Jesse Mora and Lucille <br /> <br />Mora, jointly and severally, amending the Agreement to extend the <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />completion, of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />therein described, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> <br />...,..,-.--------,......-.......,...-...... <br />
