<br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:dik: 02/02/93 <br />2/22/93 <br /> <br />(045/34) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11943 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH¡ AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11918 <br /> <br />(CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />letter <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />issued <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Club <br /> <br />Mexicano-Americano for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> <br />connection with the Cinco de Mayo Celebration on May 2, 1993, in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" <br /> <br />hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto <br /> <br />and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation <br /> <br />of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br /> <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />11918 entitled, <br /> <br />"Resolution Authorizing <br /> <br />Issuance of Letter Permit and Regulating Use of Public Rights-Of- <br /> <br />Way in Connection Therewith (Cinco de Mayo Celebration)", adopted <br /> <br />December 14, 1992, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />, "-.-..".,,""..-...-, <br />
