<br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />DES:d~~ 01/22/93 (040/34) <br />2/2/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11933 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND PRE-DESIGN SERVICES <br />RELATING TO RED MORTON CENTER PROJECT <br /> <br />(BULL, STOCKWELL & ALLEN) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City proposes <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />conduct <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />pre-design/feasibility <br /> <br />study <br /> <br />of various <br /> <br />building, <br /> <br />programming, <br /> <br />and design options relating to the existing Red Morton Center in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, California (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert consulting architectural and pre-design services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Bull, <br /> <br />Stockwell <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Allen, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Francisco, <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />represents <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />qualified <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />basis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />experience <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expertise <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - For Consulting <br /> <br />Architectural <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Pre-Design <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Red <br /> <br />Morton <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Project" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />01/27 /93R) , <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Bull, <br /> <br />Stockwell <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Allen, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />.,-_.~.._-, ,-,-_., <br />
