<br />FXS:clmp 12/22/92 <br /> <br />(056/31) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />1/11/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11929 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED OF EASEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Deed of Easement entitled "Deed of Easement" <br /> <br />(and dated 5/26/92), by and between Metropolitan Life Insurance <br /> <br />Company, <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Venture Phase II, <br /> <br />as Grantors and the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City as Grantee, a copy of which Deed of Easement <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />accepted, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said Deed of Easement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and record same with the County Recorder's <br />office. <br /> * * * <br /> <br />
