<br />DES:dik12/09/91 <br /> <br />(129/28) <br /> <br />.UGLJAL <br />December 16, 1991 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11663 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />PRE-DESIGN STUDIES RELATING TO IMPLEMENTATION OF <br />RECLAIMED WATER MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />(CH2M HILL) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />pre-design <br /> <br />studies <br /> <br />implementing the City's Master Plan for the Use of Reclaimed <br /> <br />Water; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CH2M Hill, Consulting Engineers, represents that it <br /> <br />is qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by CH2M <br /> <br />Hill, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />approve <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />authorize <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />CH2M HilI, of Emeryville, California, entitled "Agreement - for <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Pre-design <br /> <br />Studies <br /> <br />Implementing Master Plan for the Use of Reclaimed Water" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated 12/09/91), <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City <br /> <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, respectively, for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />* * * <br /> <br />11663 <br />
