<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />June 20, 2005 <br />MO. 05-115 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />June 21,2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2004/2005 Appropriation Revisions <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 5.4A (501) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 20, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Bain/Pierce to recommend the City Council introduce an ordinance <br />by the affirmative vote of five-sevenths (517thS ) of all Council Members <br />appropriating and transferring certain funds for specified purposes in order <br />to conform the budgeted amounts to actual expenditures approved for <br />transactions, which have occurred during fiscal year 2004/2005. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />~ <br />~ ~ ~-~" ' ~ . ~'-~~{.)--> <br /> <br />Patricia S.
