<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 (REDWOOD SHORES) <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ day of <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, 200rt by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City"), and CHARLES B. <br /> <br />WARREN, ASA ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the performance of certain property tax <br /> <br />assessment services for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> <br />including, but not limited to, real property appraisal services (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions <br /> <br />hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. <br /> <br />Consultant shall furnish all those <br /> <br />certain services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, entitled, "Schedule A: Redwood <br /> <br />Shores, Scope of Work", dated July 5, 2000 for fiscal year July 1, 2000 - June <br /> <br />30, 2001, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
