<br />DES:djk 1()!23/91 <br /> <br />(106/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11/4/91 <br />11633 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR CITY-WIDE STREET LIGHT ADDITIONS <br />1991; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the City-wide Street <br /> <br />Light Additions 1991 have been presented to, <br /> <br />and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those certain plans entitled "Plans and Specifications <br /> <br />for City-Wide Street Light Additions 1991 - City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br /> <br />Engineering Division, a copy of which documents is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.. .....--.-... ._. .~... . <br />
