<br />DES:djk 9/30/91 <br />/ I . <br /> <br />(100/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />10/21/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11627 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 015 UNDER MASTER AGREEMENT FOR <br />LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID FOR URBAN TRANSPORTATION <br />SYSTEM PROJECTS FOR STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />a Master <br /> <br />Agreement for Federal-Aid Program on November 3, 1977 pursuant to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Federal-Aid <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Urban <br /> <br />System <br /> <br />Projects <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />provisions <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Paragraph <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Article II of the aforementioned agreement, <br /> <br />this Council seeks <br /> <br />funding <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />transportation <br /> <br />system <br /> <br />repairs, <br /> <br />consisting <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />reconstruction of Chestnut Street in the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Program Supplement No. <br /> <br />015 to the aforementioned <br /> <br />agreement providing for the aforesaid funding has been presented <br /> <br />to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Program Supplement No. 015 to the Master Agreement for <br /> <br />Federal-Aid <br /> <br />Program <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Transportation, on November 3, 1977, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager <br /> <br />and City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />
