<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1998, by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and politic, and <br /> <br />Subsurface Consultants, Inc., ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency desires to conduct an environmental site assessment <br /> <br />in connection with the Bradford Street Parking lot, Redwood City, California (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the Agency requires <br /> <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES.
